Refund policy
At Branch & Bloom, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality children's products. We understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations and we want to ensure a transparent and hassle-free return process.
Return Eligibility
Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. The day you receive your item, as indicated by the delivery confirmation, marks the start of the 14-day period.
Condition: Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Exclusions: Final sale items cannot be returned or refunded. This includes items sold during clearance sales or marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.
Return Process
Initiate Return & Return Authorization: Contact our Customer Service team at hello@branchandbloomkids.com within 14 days from the date of the delivery confirmation to initiate your return and request a Return Authorization (RMA#). Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message. We will provide you with the address to return the item(s). The product(s) must be returned within 15 days from receipt of the Return Authorization (RMA#) to be considered a valid return.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returning product(s).
Restocking Fee: A $4 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges, and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product(s) while in transit to us.
Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets our return criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. If an item is returned in an unsellable condition due to improper handling or packaging by the customer, the customer will be responsible for all associated costs if they request the item to be returned to them.
Refund: Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment, minus the $4 restocking fee. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
